As I mentioned in a previous post (HTTPS for XAMPP with Self-Signed Certificates), there is an initiative, lead by Google and Mozilla, to deprecate HTTP and migrate all web traffic to HTTPS.
After installing xfce4 and xrdp the desktop colors are mixed up, with the red and blue colors swapped.

This should have been a lot easier than it was, so this is what worked for me.
While trying to setup Samba 4 on Ubuntu 14.04 I got error ‘Cannot mount block device //host/share read-only’ mounting a drive. There didn’t seem to be anything obviously wrong, it just would not work.
Not authorized to mount drives when connected to Ubuntu via RDP. Why?
